Custom Pressing

At Kimes we offer a diverse and flexible custom pressing program for our hard cider customers, wine makers, etc. Cider can be purchased pasteurized or unpasteurized. 

Growers can bring their own apples to be pressed (minimum of 100 bushel required) or purchase cider directly from us. 

Acceptable containers include:

• Totes (275 gal. totes available for purchase from our facility)
• Barrels (55 gal. barrels available for purchase from our facility)
• Buckets
• Tankers
